By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policy:
⚠ Due to the special nature of mystery boxes, once the outer packaging has been opened, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if the mistake is on our end (e.g., wrong item shipped) or if the product was damaged during transit, we do accept returns.
If you find the return process inconvenient, we are happy to offer a partial refund to cover part of your loss.
⚠ Please note: Designated blind boxes (non-random) must be opened in order to confirm the model. If you are purchasing a blind box as a gift or prefer not to open it, we recommend purchasing random blind boxes or a fully sealed set instead.
As long as the packaging remains sealed and unopened, we guarantee authenticity. However, we are not responsible for any manufacturing defects caused by Pop Mart.
Prices may fluctuate based on the secondary market, which is a normal phenomenon. We do not provide refunds for price differences resulting from market fluctuations.
